Owl - Once Was Lost

Owl is a World Wide, Real Time android and iPhone app to help its user's relocate missing, lost, runaway, abducted children, teenagers, mentally challenged and elderly who suffer memory loss or any such other ailments. User's create accounts and upload details of their dependents, upload current photos of those dependents and in the unwanted event a loved one is lost, open those saved details, update specific details; current location, date and time and initiate your alert to the user group. Other Owl users receive your alerts and are identified in a user map with contact information and people can begin to coordinate search efforts and recover those lost.
